*****精神官能症的症狀與治療

A).症狀 **                                                                                                                                                               一般來說,精神官能症最顯著易見的症狀是焦慮與憂鬱,病人常會莫名其妙地緊張起 來,煩躁不安,喜歡胡思亂想. **另外,也常會因緊張導致一些肌肉酸痛,腰背酸痛,頭痛失眠,手腳酸麻,情緒不好時, 會合併有月經不調,心悸,便秘,性冷感,陽痿等現象,如有上述的症狀,經醫師檢查又 沒有什麼生理上的病變時,你就可能罹患此病了.                                                                                             

**焦慮症不同於憂鬱症的是憂鬱症有一定的發作時間(一般3-6個月),等病好了(即使 未經治療),一切幾乎都能恢復正常,而焦慮症除非得到正確的診斷與適當的治療,不 然症狀都將持續困擾,甚至越來越嚴重.                                                                                                                                                            

**焦慮症最核心的症狀是無所不在,多餘但又無法控制的擔心,緊張.往往這一類病人 會有,入睡困難,睡眠品質不佳的問題.尤其在面對一些壓力之後,如:失業,手術.也 有一些人因太過緊繃,容易脾氣失控,或記憶力與注意力不佳,心悸,胸悶,腰酸背痛, 頭痛.患者隨著景氣不好,經濟衰退,恐怖攻擊,戰爭陰影,與日俱增.即早求醫最重要                                                                                                              

**吃的食物與情緒有很大的關係.食用不當的東西除會增加肝臟的負擔之外.也有可能 得到憂鬱症與精神疾病.因肝排不出去的毒.最後會透過血液傳到神經與內分泌系統.當 毒素傳到神經系統時.可能就會以精神失調的情況出現.很多人都把憂鬱.焦慮症歸咎到 人際關係或生活壓力上的關係.很少有人會去想到.這可能與你吃的食物有關.                                                                                             

 **醫學證實.絕大部分患有憂鬱症的人都愛吃甜食.因當人的情緒低落時.大腦會發出 錯誤的求救訊號給味覺中樞.誤以為人體急需品嚐甜食.因甜食可安撫情緒.但也會造成 體質趨於酸性.且當甜食進入腸胃.會使腸道蠕動變慢.此時腸壁開始沾粘許多油脂物. 造成腸道吸附一些毒素.日子一久.則小病纏身.身體酸痛的毛病.而後造成嚴重的疾病.                                 

  B).治療:                                                                                                                                                                 可分中西醫療法及食療來改善病情.若失眠------可用腹式呼吸法+冥想------ 有時因焦慮.壓力.煩惱所導致的失眠.可藉由學習放鬆而舒緩.如深呼吸法又稱腹式 呼吸.是一種能吸入最多氧氣的呼吸法.能刺激副交感神經.有助於放鬆.安定神經.改善 專注力及排泄身體的廢棄物(毒素).所以腹式呼吸是學習放鬆的第1步驟.也是最重要的1 個竅門.其他如漸進式肌肉放鬆.冥想.靜坐法.生理回饋等.都可利用這些技巧.減輕就寢 時的浮躁.                                                                                                                                                                          一).冥想:                                                                                                                                                                 1.首先穿著喜歡的寬鬆衣服.找個安靜的地方坐下.                                                                                      2.然後閉上雙眼.將雙手放在腿上.放鬆全身肌肉.深呼吸1口.然後緩緩吐出.                                         3.選擇1個簡單的字眼(如:主啊.阿彌陀佛.賜我睡眠).在心理默默複頌.                                                    4.持續規律呼吸.並放鬆肌肉.計算呼吸次數.每數5下.就從頭再來1次.                                                               

 二).漸進式肌肉放鬆:這種技巧可幫助您確實感受緊繃與鬆弛的差異.閉上眼睛.集中精 神感受身體各方面的放鬆.吸氣時.緊繃肌肉約5秒鐘.吐氣時.緩緩地放鬆約15秒鐘 從以下步驟中.體會緊繃與鬆弛時的差異.每個部位做2次.等到各部位均已放鬆後. 可以靜坐一段時間.                                    1.上臂:夾緊後.放鬆自然下垂.                                                                                                                            2.頭部及額部:頭部盡量上仰後 拉緊頭皮及額頭後.放鬆.                                                                          3.眼睛:用力緊閉2秒鐘後.放鬆.                                                                                                                         4.牙齒及舌頭:上下緊咬 舌頭緊緊向上抵住後放鬆.                                                                                    5.臉頰及嘴唇:上下唇緊閉.臉頰向左右盡量往後拉然後 放鬆.                                                                  6.頸部及肩膀:肩膀用力往上提擠後.放鬆.                                                                                                      7.胸.背部:兩手向前交叉抱胸.擠 壓胸肌.拉緊背肌後放鬆.                                                                        8.腹.腰部:腹部用力將腹部盡量突出.臀部夾緊後放鬆.                                                                                9 兩腳及兩腿:腳趾用力向下彎曲.大腿.小腿盡量夾緊或緊繃後放鬆.               

三).西醫:                                                                                                                                                                 基本上,西醫精神科醫師會視身體症狀輕重而給予肌肉鬆弛劑,自律神經調節 劑以及鎮定劑甚至安眠藥.                                                                                                                                                                

  四).中醫:要視病人的體質表現而定,病人平時也可以食療來輔助,改善病情.                                                                                                                                                                              1)肝氣鬱結型:病人以憂鬱為主要表現,宜疏肝理氣.                                                                                                                                                                             a)症狀:伴有胸口悶,煩躁不安,月經不調,每天情緒低落,容易唉聲嘆氣.                                                                                                                                                                             b)治療:柴胡疏肝散為主方(柴胡3錢,白芍3錢,川芎3錢,香附3錢,甘草2錢,枳殼3錢)                                                                                                                                                                             c)食療:合歡皮10克,佛手柑10克,香附10克,加水450cc煮沸5分鐘,1日1回,空腹溫服                               

2)肝火亢旺型:病人以焦慮為主要表現,宜瀉熱清肝.                                                                                                                                                                             a)症狀:兼有眼睛紅頭痛,煩躁不安,口乾舌燥.口苦口臭.心浮氣躁易動怒.口出惡言                                                                                                                                                                              b)治療:加味逍遙散為主方(柴胡3錢,白芍3錢,當歸3錢,白朮3錢,茯苓3錢,甘草1錢, 薄荷1錢,生薑3片,日服1劑,水煎取汁,分2次服.),亦可用龍膽瀉肝湯.                                                                                                                                                                              c)食療:乾燥玫瑰花5朵,金錢草10克,龍膽草10克,沸水400cc燜10分鐘,一日1回.                                       

 3)氣滯型:                                                                                                                                                                a)症狀:病人以自覺身體多處疼痛為主要表現兼有咽喉不適,胸脅脹悶,痰多咳嗽.                                                                                                                                                                             b)治療:半夏厚朴湯(半夏3錢,厚朴2錢,茯苓3錢,紫蘇3錢,生薑3片)或越鞠丸為主方 (川芎2錢,蒼朮3錢,香附3錢,神鞠3錢,黑山梔2錢,日服1劑,水煎取汁)                                                                                                                                                                              c)食療:山楂10克,紫蘇葉10克,荷葉10克,沸水400cc燜10分鐘,一日1回.                                                    

 4)心血不足型:                                                                                                                                                         a)症狀:病人以煩躁不安,精神恍惚為主要表現,兼有易哭易鬧,心悸的現象.                                                                                                                                                                                b)治療:甘麥大棗湯或柴胡龍牡湯為主方.                                                                                                      c)食療:大棗10枚,甘草10克,小麥20克,加水600cc煮沸,一日1回.                                                                                                                                                                             

5)腎虛型:                                                                                                                                                                  a)症狀:病人以失眠為主要表現,兼有健忘,月經不調,陽痿,腰背酸痛的現象.                                                                                                                                                                             b)治療:歸脾湯(人參,黃耆,白朮,茯神,酸棗仁各3錢,當歸2錢,桂圓肉2錢,木香5分, 甘草5分,遠志1錢,紅棗3枚,生薑3片)或妙香散為主方(山藥,人參,黃耆,遠 志,茯苓,茯神,桔梗各3錢,甘草2錢,木香2錢半,麝香1錢,辰沙2錢)                                                                                                                                                             

c)食療:人參10克,遠志20克,大棗10枚,木香10克,桔梗20克,烏骨雞1隻,燉熟後喝湯 吃肉,一週1回即可.
